Besides saving lives on a daily basis as the EMS Chief for the Martin County Fire Dept, Chris has been teaching the fundamentals of the rowing stroke to the new rowers of TCRC for three years now and has inspired his crews to greatness.

 

This past Spring his Freshman Boys 4+ won the FSRA Sweep State Championship and came in second by only .9 seconds at the USRowing SE Regional Championship. The same crew traveled to the first U17/15 National Championship where TCRC won its first Bronze medal in the U174+.

 

The team's continued success can only be attributed to how Chris evenly divides his time among his crews with passion and knowledge.
