• A pair of shoes that you dont mind getting wet as we walk the boats in and out of the water.
• Tighter fitting clothes are also a plus so they do not get caught up in the moving parts of the boats.
• Hat/Sunglasses/Water/Sunscreen
• Friends!

You will get a crash course in rowing and what being on the Juniors team would be like.
We will show you the basic rowing technique on the rowing machines and go over the different parts of the boats.
Then you will have the opportunity to get in a boat and take some strokes!
