TCRC Juniors offer three separate programs for incoming 8th graders and current high school students. Click on the learn to row link above for registration and more information. For information on the Summer Racing Team and Pre Season Tune-up email Head Coach Kristen Swayze at [email protected]

New/Beginner Rowers: Register for one of the learn to row sessions which will teach the basic skills of rowing.

Experienced Rowers: The 7 week summer racing team will focus on building power and improving technical abilities. The team will compete at the Hilifax Regatta on July 26th. New rowers who complete the June 9th learn to row camp will be invited to join the summer racing team.

The two week Pre Season Tune-up will prepare rowers for the fall season with long distance technical focused practices.
