Summer Camp/Conditioning
Treasure Coast Rowing will offer two separate programs for incoming and current high school students. For new and beginner rowers there will be three one week sessions that will teach the basic skills of rowing.
For experienced rowers there will be a conditioning program that will build on their skills and fitness they learn during the school year.
Learn To Row Camp
No experience necessary! This is a great way to get a taste of what rowing is and an introduction to the Juniors team.What to bring:
Water shoes/flip flops
WATER!!
Sunscreen
Hat/Sunglasses
Light colored clothes
Tighter fitting shorts (like bike or volleyball shorts) and no baggie shirts
Running shoesSummer Conditioning
Summer conditioning will be open to experienced junior rowers, and they do not have to be apart of Treasure Coast Juniors.
What to bring:
Water shoes/flip flops
WATER!!
Sunscreen
Hat/Sunglasses
Light colored clothes
Tighter fitting shorts (like bike or volleyball shorts) and no baggie shirts
Running shoes (EVERY DAY!)
